CANWON Training School in Romania

We are very happy to welcome you to the second training school arranged by the COST network on Cancer and Work (CANWON).

CANWON is a European network that started in 2013, with financial aid from COST. One of the aims of the network is to promote good research on the development and evaluation of interventions which support return to work and work retention among people with cancer diagnoses. Further aims are research collaboration and knowledge dissemination. Arranging learning schools for junior researchers is one mean of doing this.

 

Theme for the second learning school: Intervention studies in cancer and work

Number of participants: 20

Target group: junior researchers engaged in or planning to start intervention studies in cancer and work (junior = post doc or in the last year of PhD training; early PhD and masters students can also apply). Preference will be given first to junior researchers.

Costs: the training school is free for the accepted participants. Some costs for travel and accommodation can be provided for some participants by the CANWON network. The organizers will decide on this.
